2026 Check in Procedure

Dear Parent,
 
VBS is almost here. The church is decorated, the leaders are prepped, we are set for an amazing week with your child.
 
We are excited to announce that we are anticipating over 100 students this year.  To help with traffic flow and safety we will be instituting a “drive-through” drop-off. 
Here are the procedures:

• Please enter the N Wade Blvd Entrance

  • There will be a balloons and an attendant
• Upon entry you will be directed to an attendant who will guide you into one of 2 lines 
• You will pull to front of line where you will be met by one of our staff
  • They will check in your child(ren)
  • You will then proceed towards the drop off point by our field
  • Your child will be met by one of our friendly volunteers and brought to the pavilion for dinner/snack
• You will then exit through our Broad St driveway

 
Couple notations to help our process go smoothly

• Please be patient and follow guidance of our staff
• If you have not already, please download and sign our waiver for each child​
•  Check-In will be available starting at 5:15pm

 
Pick-up will be a single line car pick-up.
You will be directed to a line. A small dedicated team will take your child's name and safely bring them to your car
