2025 Check in Procedure

Dear Parent,
 
VBS is almost here. The church is decorated, the leaders are prepped, we are set for an amazing week with your child.
 
We are excited to announce that we are anticipating 130 students this year. With that number we are implementing some new check-in procedures. To help with traffic flow and safety we will be instituting a “drive-through” drop-off. 
Here are the procedures:

• Please enter the N Wade Blvd Entrance

  • There will be a balloons and an attendant
• Upon entry you will be directed to an attendant who will guide you into one of three lines based on the last name of your oldest student
  • A-G is Line 1
  • H-M is Line 2
  • N-Z is Line 3
• You will pull to front of line where you will be met by one of our staff
  • They will check in your child(ren)
  • Children will exit vehicle and will be escorted to meeting area by our teenage volunteers
  • Child will receive dinner, shirt and cape at the meeting area
• You will then exit through our Broad St driveway

 
Couple notations to help our process go smoothly

• Please be patient and follow guidance of our staff
• If you have not already, please download and sign our waiver for each child
  • Waivers can be downloaded at www.ccccmillville.org/vbs
  • We will have extra copies on sight if needed
•  Check-In will be available starting at 5:15pm

 
Pick-up will be as normal.
Park in the lot and enter the main Worship Center and wait patiently as we fetch your child.
 
We are looking forward to a great week and appreciate your help in making this an incredible experience for your child.
